A practice built on presence
Sometimes, what we need most is someone who will simply show up. To listen. To offer a safe space, without judgment. To be truly present. That’s the foundation of my therapy practice. I support individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, parenting pressures, family dynamics, burnout and life transitions. With a grounded, human-first approach, I offer both online therapy and in-person sessions for adults seeking meaningful, long-lasting change.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in a high-pressured workplace, which deepened my understanding of burnout, perfectionism, identity and shame. This background informs my empathetic approach, especially when supporting clients from creative and high-performance environments.
